Hubbard Torlot sold our house and we were very pleased with the outcome. Ian was patient and friendly making an otherwise stressful situation easier. Several agents I initially spoke to had suggested rather high prices and others, even before I instructed them, were suggesting I sell to developers at pretty low prices. Hubbard Torlot from the start gave, what I believe, was a realistic valuation and in the end we acheived just a little more. We only had a few viewing days with a string of what appeared to be serious buyers - several offers at the asking price and a couple over that. Once the sale was agreed Ian was available to help whenever there seemed to be a potential hicup.
